FT245RQ-REEL, FT245RQ, USB-FIFO, реж.Bit Bang,EEPRM-1K QFN32The FT245RQ is an USB to parallel FIFO Interface IC, simplifies USB to FIFO designs and reduces external component count by fully integrating an external EEPROM, USB termination resistors and an integrated clock circuit which requires no external crystal, into the device. It has been designed to operate efficiently with a USB host controller by using as little as possible of the total USB bandwidth available. The USB to parallel FIFO interface integrated circuit with the new FTDIChip-ID™ security dongle feature. In addition, asynchronous and synchronous bit bang interface modes are available. USB to parallel designs using the IC have been further simplified by fully integrating the external EEPROM, clock circuit and USB resistors onto the device. The IC adds a new function compared with its predecessors, effectively making it a 2-in-1 chip for some application areas. A unique number is burnt into the device during manufacture and is readable over USB.
